SHIPPING POLICY:

Unframed Print Orders:
Print orders are carefully rolled and shipped in a durable shipping tube.  Normal turnaround time for Print Orders is usually 5-7 Business Days. Print orders are shipped either UPS or FEDEX.

Framed Print Orders:
Framed Print Orders are packaged in a double corrugated shipping box. Normal turnaround time for Framed Print Orders is usually 1 1/2 to 2 weeks. Framed Print Orders are shipped either UPS, FEDEX, or TRUCKING depending on size of package.

RETURNS:

DO NOT ACCEPT any tubes or packages that are damaged, refuse the shipment and notify us as soon as possible. If you receive a tube or package that has concealed damaged, please notify us within 3 business days of receiving package. Keep ALL packaging material as UPS, FEDEX, or TRUCKING company may need to inspect the package in order for us to process a claim.

We will do our best to expedite a replacement for the damaged item as soon possible.
